Dickson Co. specializes in building demolition (including nuclear), mass excavation & grading, sanitary & storm sewer, water mains, road construction, plat development, clearing & grubbing, UST & AST removal, and haz-mat abatement. What this means is that Wm. Dickson Co. does all phases of heavy construction except for paving.

Established as Lige Dickson Co. in 1933, the company has been in business for over 70 years and has established an excellent reputation for quality, on-time work in both the public and private sectors.

Wm. Dickson Co. also operates a licensed inert landfill at Waller Road, five miles from downtown Tacoma. Originally a gravel pit, the landfill still sells gravel-related products and also recycles concrete.

Wm. Dickson Co. is licensed, insured, and bonded to perform all of the above-mentioned services and carries limits of $5,000,000.00 for general, pollution and automobile liability. The company is bondable up to a $45,000,000.00 combined limit, with a $35,000,000.00 limit for a single project.
