Site Development

After a decade away from sewer projects, in 2005 Wm. Dickson Co. resumed work as a utilities contractor and has taken on major projects for the City of Tacoma as well as other municipalities.

Wm. Dickson Co. project managers and their teams have extensive experience in site development, excavation and underground utilities and are well-acquainted with the geology of the area and the challenges it can offer to these kinds of projects.
