Wm. Dickson Co. specializes in building demolition, mass excavation & grading, sanitary & storm sewer, water mains, road construction, plat development, clearing & grubbing, UST & AST removal, and haz-mat abatement.
Wm. Dickson Co. has been based in Tacoma, Washington at the same location since 1937 and has established an excellent reputation for quality, on-time work in both public and private sectors.
Our project management team is experienced and able to design and manage large projects so that they are done in an efficient, timely, safe and cost-effective manner.
In addition to these contracted services, Wm. Dickson Co. operates a licensed inert landfill at Waller Road. Originally a gravel pit, the landfill still sells gravel-related products and also recycles concrete & asphalt.
Mr. William Dickson (President/Sec./Treas.) and Mr. Richard Dickson (Vice President) are the principals of the company. Other key personnel for Wm. Dickson Company are as follows:

We are bondable up to a $45,000,000.00 combined limit, with a $35,000,000.00 limit for a single project. We are registered with Dun & Bradstreet, DUNS No. 00-948-4049. Our Washington State Contractors Number is WMDICC*108J7 and our Washington State Asbestos License Number is 01008. The WDC is a union contractor that respectfully employs members of the International Laborers Union; Teamster’s of America Union; and the Operating Engineers Union.
